Email info@thebossdrinks.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. You may also use the official contact form at thebossdrinks.com and clearly write “Data Deletion Request” at the beginning of your message.
Information to include
Provide your full name, company name if applicable, and the email address or WhatsApp number used to contact THE BOSS. Describe the information or request you want deleted. Do not send a copy of an identity document unless our team specifically requests a proportionate verification step.
Confirmation and timing
We will acknowledge the request using the contact channel associated with the records. After identity verification, we aim to complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm completion or explain any lawful exception.
Information we may retain
Some records may be retained when required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, contract administration, dispute resolution or other legal obligations. When full deletion is not legally permitted, use will be restricted to the required purpose and retention period.
Connected services
Deleting information from ALIMGROUP, S.A. systems does not automatically delete information held independently by Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, your email provider or other third-party services. You may need to use the privacy tools offered by those services for information controlled by them.
