Purpose of the website
The website presents THE BOSS soft drinks and energy drinks and provides channels for information, international sales, distributor contact, feedback and container quotation requests. Website content is general information and is not a binding offer to sell.
Quotations and commercial terms
Container quotations are prepared from the information supplied by the requester. Current commercial planning uses 40′HC (High Cube) containers, with fixed units per container by product and FCA pricing per unit. The applicable named place, validity, currency, payment conditions, availability, production schedule and any requested logistics support will be stated in the official quotation or subsequent agreement.
A quotation becomes binding only when expressly accepted through an authorized written commercial agreement. Product availability, pricing and specifications may change before acceptance.
Accurate and lawful use
You agree to provide accurate contact and company information, use the website for lawful business purposes and avoid interference, unauthorized access, automated abuse, fraudulent requests or misleading communications. We may reject or suspend requests that present security, compliance or commercial risk.
Brands and content
THE BOSS names, logos, packaging, artwork, photographs, text and other brand assets are owned by or licensed to ALIMGROUP, S.A. They may not be copied, altered, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission. Distributor marketing rights must be agreed separately.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every item will always be current.
